Hello All,
How we interact with others is a choice. What we eat, what we listen to, how we act (or re-act), the clothes we wear, the job we have, the things we are avoiding, the time we allot ourselves for self-care (ex: meditation, exercise, hobbies), the list goes on and on… are all choices.
Inaction is a choice. The actual cost of which is often much higher than the cost of making the wrong choice.
We are bombarded by choices… So how can we break this down? How can we make this doable so we can retrain our minds to see choice as an opportunity rather than a burden?
When you are met with indecision, you could ask yourself, which option minimizes future regrets? Then do that.
Assess your life: What areas of your life are on autopilot because you are afraid of making a wrong choice? What are you actively avoiding by not deciding?
In what aspects are you struggling by not listening to your Divine Self, by not trusting your intuition to guide, serve, love, and protect you?
Get curious. Make a decision that can’t be undone. Terrifying, yes. Liberating, absolutely.
Blessings,
Jerry & Clare
