Hello All,

The people who wait until they are “ready”…never are. The people who just start realize they could have been “ready” any time they wanted.

Preparation is its own form of procrastination. What have you been preparing for longer than you’d care to admit? What would happen if you just “started”? Start the thing and see if it’s truly worth all the time you put into preparing for it.

Remember the toolbox at your disposal that enables you to clear away the thoughts, patterns, mindsets, base habits, etc that have you in a chokehold of preparing, but never doing.

Find the center during your meditation. Find the peace, the knowing, the curiosity that comes from a centered mind, body, and spirit. Allow your balanced, clear intuition to guide you…and then Step Through.

All classes are available to audit (previously completed classes may be eligible for auditing) or intern (an individual who has met the teaching requirements), but interns must start with class one and move through as if they are taking the class.

RETREATS

Montrose, CO July 19 One-Day Retreat – Retreat begins at 8:30am with in-person registration at the Mountain Institute Inc Center located at 330 S 12th St, Unit C in MONTROSE, CO. We will start promptly at 9am — please be registered in-person or online prior to that.

We’re sneaking in a One-Day! All levels are welcome to join us for a more devotional, meditative day. The retreat will run from 9am – 4pm with 1-hour for lunch. We will have 2 short Q&A sessions, but our focus is meditation.

Attendance is available ONLINE and IN-PERSON.

Online and In-Person Donation for this retreat is $45.00.

Montrose, CO August 14-15-16 3-DAY RETREAT — Join us for an in-person / online Meditation Retreat at our Meditation Center located at 330 S 12th St, Unit C. Retreat begins Thursday Night at *5:30pm with 4th Initiations and is followed at **7:00pm with Service Class.

*4th’s and above are welcome to the Initiation at 5:30pm — (in-person only)

**Service Class at 7pm is for eligible students only (Adept and above — use your existing link or attend in person)

Retreat begins Friday morning with announcements at 9am and will be followed by a Quickening Meditation promptly at 9:15am.

This Retreat will be available IN-PERSON and ONLINE. Doors open at 8:30am for in-person registration. Online attendees, please be registered and logged on before 9am. The retreat ends Sunday at noon.
