Hello All,
Seasons are slowly beginning to change… Some lives speed up while others are slowing down.
Where do you land?
Life is busy. Life is consuming. Life is chaotic. It is in these moments we forget we are in the driver’s seat and not just along for the ride.
Notice when your energy starts to fight what is happening around you. Slow down and ask yourself why.
Hit the pause button.
This is where your power lies. This is where you can regain composure and choose.
Pause. Breathe. Find your center. Focus on your breath. Repeat your mantra.
Turn inward.
Does what is happening align with my values?
Does it serve the being I am becoming, or the version of me I want to be?
Will this challenge push me, stretch me, and allow me to grow in immeasurable ways?
Is the bigger picture of this small hurdle serving my ultimate goal?
Am I feeling resistance because of a pattern begging for my attention?
Remember all that you are, how far you have come, and your truest, deepest intentions for yourself.
Be honest.
Step into your spiritual practice. Allow the Divine’s presence to fill you, serve you, and guide you.

All classes are available to audit (previously completed classes may be eligible for auditing) or intern (an individual who has met the teaching requirements), but interns must start with class one and move through as if they are taking the class.

RETREATS
Taos, NM September 11-12-13 3-DAY RETREAT — Join us for an in-person / online Meditation Retreat at Taos Satva – #2 Upper Colonias Rd, El Prado, NM. Retreat begins Thursday Night at *5:30pm with 4th Initiations and is followed at **7:00pm with Service Class.
*4th’s and above are welcome to the Initiation at 5:30pm — (in-person only)
**Service Class at 7pm is for eligible students only (Adept and above — use your existing link or attend in person)
Join us THURSDAY, 09/10/2026, for Lunch at the Northside Guadalajara Grill at 1pm.
Retreat begins Friday morning with announcements at 9am and will be followed by a Quickening Meditation promptly at 9:15am.
This Retreat will be available IN-PERSON and ONLINE. Doors open at 8:30am for in-person registration. Online attendees, please be registered and logged on before 9am. The retreat ends Sunday at noon.
