Open Meditation SUMMER 2026

Please join us for an Open Meditation starting Thursday, June 18th, at 5pm MST — ALL levels are welcome to attend and enjoy music with meditation. 

If you are local, please feel free to attend in person — if you are far away OR unwell, please join us via Zoom!

This class will go through the summer and end when our fall classes begin!
