Summer is in full swing here… hot, hot, hot! Summer is a wonderful time to remember to breathe, have fun, laugh, explore, and let go!
Shake off the chill of winter, ruffle the feathers of spring, and get out of your comfort zones as you try new things, go on adventures, challenge yourself, and soak up that vitamin d.
Take time to recharge your meditation practice as you meditate in the calm of the early mornings or the quiet of the evenings (or both) as you center yourself for your day and shed your old skin (metaphorically of course). Then go utilize these warm days and longer nights.
